As the founder of Wade Hall Creative, he provides comprehensive creative solutions for hospitality companies, specializing in concept development, brand identity, interior design, and media production. He has been wildly fortunate to work with some wonderful businesses such as Soho House, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Aparium Hotels, Bonhomme Hospitality, Heisler Hospitality, Maxwells Trading, AJ Capital, Avenir Creative, Variant Collabrative, and LG Group among many others.

Hall is also the founder of Leisure Activities, alongside business partner Jeff Donahue, where they have developed and opened an incredible group of award-winning cocktail bars in collaboration with their operating partners. These include Sportsman's Club, Estereo, Estereo FM, Ludlow Liquors, and Cara Cara Club. Additionally, he is a partner at Marlow in Austin, TX, where he works closely with partner Mike Debonville to drive the creative vision towards building a timeless Austin clubhouse, anchoring an important corner in the revival of Old Sixth.
